Shipping policy

I ship all products through USPS once the product shows shipped that means I have physically checked it in at the USPS and it is on its way to you. I am not responsible for any delayed items due to USPS. If you receive the item damaged or missing please contact me at Plum.inkdesigns@gmail.com immediately so I can file a claim with USPS. It will be imperative to keep all packaging and take pictures so I can get the proper information to the claim center. If the package says in transit running late that does mean the package is on its way to you. If this goes past 2 weeks please contact me so I can file it lost with USPS.
